Asked Questions
As early as possible. George books up to three years in advance, and popular dates — especially Saturdays from May through October — fill quickly. If you have a date in mind, check availability as soon as you can. There's no benefit to waiting, and dates don't come back once they're gone.
Yes. Always. George does not double-book and does not send associate photographers. The person you spoke with on the phone, who answered your emails, who you met at your consultation — that's the person who will be behind the camera on your wedding day. This is non-negotiable and a core part of how his business works.
Collections start at $3,299. But that number on its own doesn't tell you much — most couples need 10–12 hours to cover a full day, from getting ready through the reception, and every wedding is different. That's exactly what the complimentary consultation is for: George learns your day, then builds the right coverage around it and quotes accordingly. No hidden fees, no pressure.
George's payment structure is: $500 deposit on signing (to secure your date), $500 due 60 days after signing, and the remaining balance due 1 month before your wedding. Payment is accepted via Venmo or cash.
Your finished, fully edited gallery is delivered within 2–3 weeks of your wedding day. Not proofs — finished images, edited to the same standard as the competition-winning work you saw before you booked. If you need a sneak peek sooner, ask George.
All images are delivered via a private online gallery. You can view, download high-resolution files, share with family and friends, and order prints directly from the gallery. You'll have permanent access to your gallery.
The number of images varies based on coverage hours and the pace of the day, but most full wedding-day galleries include 500–800+ fully edited images. George focuses on quality and completeness — every key moment is covered, and nothing is left out just to hit a number.
Yes. George is available for destination weddings worldwide — from the Hamptons to the Amalfi Coast. Travel packages are quoted based on location, travel time, and logistics. Reach out with your destination and date and he'll put together a custom quote.
George is based in Brooklyn, NY (1317 Avenue Z, Sheepshead Bay). He regularly shoots across NYC, New Jersey, Long Island, and parts of the surrounding area. He's also available for destination weddings — see the question above.
George has shot in every condition imaginable and comes prepared for weather. Rain often creates some of the most dramatic and memorable images — and his off-camera flash techniques work brilliantly in overcast or low-light conditions. He works with your venue and coordinator to adapt the plan if needed.
Not at all — and you're not alone. George directs every portrait session with clear, specific guidance so you never have to figure out what to do with your hands. Multiple clients have described themselves as the "most camera shy" or "most unphotogenic" people before their sessions, and been genuinely surprised by the results. He makes it easy, and an engagement session beforehand makes it even easier.
George is among the Top 10 Wedding Photographers at Flash Masters 2025, Top 5 in the World at Flash Masters 2024, and Top 100 Photographers at the WPE Awards 2025 (World Photography & Events Awards), recognized by ISPWP (International Society of Professional Wedding Photographers), and holds a 2024 PROWED Award. He maintains a flawless 5-star record in the wedding industry.
Yes — and George strongly recommends them. An engagement session gives you both the chance to work with George before your wedding day, so you arrive comfortable, confident, and already knowing what to expect from him. The images are also perfect for save-the-dates, announcements, and wall art in your home.
